Job and gig scout agent

I decide what to send

Freelance boards are noisy. Quinn (Jobs) reads them so I don't have to, and hands me a short list with the reasons written down.

01 · The Problem

Hours of scrolling for a few good fits

Checking Upwork, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, and others every day for good-fit AI automation gigs takes hours.

Most posts aren't a fit. The good ones close fast. And by the tenth board, everything blurs together.

02 · The Setup

One tracker, one line on why it fits

Quinn scans the boards and logs each promising gig in one tracker. It drafts tailored proposals for the top picks. I decide what to send.

  • "Ghosted" only after 30 days with no reply.
  • Don't re-apply to duplicates.
  • Drafts wait for me. Quinn never sends.

03 · The Steps

How it runs, step by step

  1. Define fit: skills, a budget floor, US-friendly, payment verified.
  2. Scan the boards on a schedule.
  3. Dedupe against what's already tracked.
  4. Score each gig and write "why it fits."
  5. Draft proposals for the top picks.
  6. I review and send.
  7. Track outcomes with honest rules, for example "ghosted" only after 30 days with no reply.

Score this gig

Pick one of four made-up gig posts. Move the sliders, and the tracker row updates with a fit score and a one-line reason. Top picks get a proposal draft that waits for a human.
